Hello guys!
I am putting together a htpc build capable of pushing 4k 60hz video streaming and watching movies. Gaming isn't going to happen on it and neither any mayor data storing. I'm thinking of using aN LG computer monitor instead of a TV.

PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2mwWyf

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($109.89 @ OutletPC)

CPU Cooler: Scythe SCKDT-1000 24.8 CFM CPU Cooler ($33.95 @ Amazon)

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard ($159.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill NT Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($50.98 @ Newegg)

Storage: Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($43.74 @ B&H)

Case: Silverstone ML05B HTPC Case ($40.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Power Supply: SeaSonic 350W 80+ Certified SFX Power Supply ($39.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Total: $479.53

The biggest question is if this is going to run 4k@60hz? What are your opinions on this build? The motherboard indicates that is has hdmi 2.0 but I'm still not convinced. And perhaps, I should go to a 4k TV instead?
Thank you very much for your answers.
