Opinions on a video editing build I put together

I originally gave myself a $500 budget but Im carried over a msi 2 gb rx 460 (factory oc) from my old build. As the title said I'd be playing games and editing video with it mostly. If anyone has suggestions on different components or less expensive one please let me know. Also all the price I'm listening are from newegg and a lot of this stuff is on sale.

Gigabyte ga-ab350 mother board + and ryzen 5 1400 combo ($236 +$20 mail rebate)

You only include 5 bucks for windows. You will need a new licence, which is more like $100. 128 GB of SSD wont go far enough to make an SSD worth it, my 256 made it less than a year.
What is your budget, is it CAD or USD, and is Newegg the only store you are wiling to buy from?

To save money I was just going to use the free version that's available from Microsoft until I had the money to get a license. And granted it's considered grey market but from what I've heard kinguin is pretty reliable when it comes to getting inexpensive windows keys. Also the prices are USD.

If you don't buy windows from an autherized reseller, or cant afford it, you're better off trying to use linux. I like mint becasue I run it from a flash drive occasionally, but there are lots to choose from. Anyways, a sketchy windows key is usually able to be gotten so cheaply because it was either not intended for resale or the seller is using the same keys over and over again, meaning your windows will suddenly de-activate evtually. This also makes it illeagal. The kinguin liscences are not sold by kiungin, but are sold by sellers on kinguin, to whom kiguin puts a blind eye towards.
You can get a 10 percent discount if you're a student and your schol is in Microsift's data base, and maybe even for free from school, but this really depends; my schools couldn't even give me word. I belive the free trial you mentioned is the enterprise version and lasts 90 days.
That being said, dropping the SSD actaully makes the price of windows, and an SSD that small IMO is pointless, windows takes half of it. Heres a build I came up with, that has windows in it, for $500 USD:

This build has a PSU thats actually safe to overclock on, faster RAM which Ryzen likes, no SSD because I really dont think it will last long enought to warrent the price, and windows. Im not too sure what the botle neck will be, but AM4 will be suppoered untill 2020, so thats plenty of time your mobo will be realevant for upgrading, and PCIe is standard and cross compadible with other PCIe versions.
We got luckey enough to have a red theme, but if you don't like the case change it, although I wouldnt reccoment a micro ATX in case you ever want to upgrade to a larger motherboard. You can also get RAM that is identical in every way exept color if you want black/gray RAM instead.
