Opinions on budget build?

I want a budget computer, for rendering and gaming (e.g. Tom Clancy's: The Division). How is this build? Are the components sufficient for my needs?

I know it is more expensive but it will be better performing.

Also, if you want to, you can get the 6600k and overclock it, since I have included a z170 motherboard.
On the other hand you can also replace the mb with something with an h170 or b150 chipset if you would like to reduce the cost.

Have you purchased any of the parts in your list yet? You will need a better power supply and motherboard with the FX and R9 290x you picked out. Do you plan to overclock as well?

The processor is only a 2 core compared to the 8 core of the FX 8300. When rendering, will this not have a major impact on the performance? The 380 is a tiny bit more costly than the 290x, and it performs to a much lower standard. I will take your input on that, as I've noticed that the voltage is a lot lower. Moreover, can I use the motherboard to overclock this processor if I decide to in the future?

The price jump is quite significant, but I'm liking the case. Another build has been posted on this thread at a smiliar price to the build I designed. Could you give me your opinions on it?
