A reasonable build.
No need for the cooler, the stock cooler is ok.
92mm fans are loud. If you want a cooler, spend $30 for a better cooler like a cm hyper212 with a 120mm fan.

No need for 2133 ram. 1600 or even 1866 is fine.

Your cpu can run a much stronger graphics card.
If you think you might ever want a graphics upgrade, buy a Seasonic 620w psu up front.
