Opinions on draft for first build?

Building my first PC this summer and wanted some outside opinions.
It's primarily going to be for light/medium gaming, Editing and possibly some 3D modeling (I'm not sure if it is but I'd love for it to be VR ready but it's not a must).
I'm on a bit of a budget and this rig is at my max really.
Any advice, or thoughts on it would be useful, thanks.

Motherboard doesn't fit the case.
SSD is an older model. Get the MX500 instead.
HDD - 5900RPM drive. Get something 7200RPM instead.
