I agree with the above suggestion of getting a better graphics card. IT comes down to what do you want to play?
I have a 4gb 270x and it runs most games at high or ultra. I think that should be your most MINIMUM card. I run an AMD fx8320.

I should have bought a better card. You will be disappointed if you get such a low end card.

You've got a good start, for sure. Just wondering what kind of gaming you're planning on doing, and at what resolution. Also, are you on a budget?

The 260x could be bumped up to a 270x for significantly better performance, if you can afford it. Also, especially with Radeon cards, check out prices on eBay. People reselling cards can be a dirt-cheap way to get some good GPUs.

Well I think I shall be getting 1080p monitor and I play mainly minecraft (sorry,,, probobly should have mentioned this) Am I right in thinking this is more of a processor dependant game?!? Thanks for your help.

I agree with broccolirob, get at least a 270x for 1080p. You could even go a step up to an R9 280/HD 7950. Again, check out eBay if you're comfortable buying there. You can snag a 7950 for ~$140 or so, which is a step up and even cheaper than a 270x retail. The 3GB of GPU memory can only help too. I'd suggest something more along those lines.
