Ok i pick this CPU-i5 6600k
GPU Nvidia GTX 1060 http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5978#kf
8 GB RAM OC TO 3000MHZ Corsair
Motherboard MSI Z170A-G43 Plus
And Cpu Liquid Cooling Enermax Liqmax II 120
HDD https://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-WD6400AAKS-22A7B2-640GB-Drive/dp/B00IMYF7M2 640GB Version.

So Guys Can You Tell Me If I Pick A Good PC..?
Also i want to ask i'm not going for one SSD my performance on game should be good even if i dont have one SSD ..or the gaming performance change with this HDD i get ??
Another thing with this configuration can i reach decent fps in recent games ?

Its a good 1080P/1440P@60+ FPS gaming system. As far as game performance with a SSD the only real world improvements are loading screens so the HDD will be fine. You could however go with the CM EVO 212 or H7 for your CPU cooler and use the savings to get at least a budget 120gb SSD for the OS which will improve boot times and some general use.

I agree with Kevern_11, that WD you picked is awfully expensive, you should be able to get a WD Blue 1TB for around $50.

HDD is fine just things will be a little slower then usual but won't effect game FPS. RAM is a bit higher speed then you need, kind of just a waste of money. Go for 16gb's too if you can. Otherwise it all looks fine to me. EDIT: You can buy a 1 terabyte WD Blue for cheaper then that 640gb one.
