This is going to be my first proper PC build so I'd really appreciate some feedback. I have all the parts ready to be ordered and already have the GPU. I just need to know if there is anything you'd change. Are there any flaws with my build? For the record I'll be gaming in 1440p. Thanks in advance!
NOTE: I'll upgrade the storage in the future. Don't need a lot for now.

i5 13600KF
Gigabyte Eagle 4070
Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X
Corsair Dominator 6200 32GB
1TB Corsair MP600 Pro LPX
Corsair RM-850Ee
NZXT H5 Elite
Cooler Master Mastercliquid Illusion ML240

No power supply listed, I would also loot at different cases that don't have a glass front limiting the airflow.

I didn't notice that. I've edited the post and included it. As for the case, H7 Elite is another option as it's still just within my budget. I picked the H5 because it's cheaper and looks better to me.

Have you bought the parts?

It would be easier to help if we know your location and budget.

How do you feel about AMD cards? is RTX important to you? the 7800XT is the better card compared to the 4070 except in ray tracing...

I only have the GPU as of now. Unfortunately I bought it just before the 7800XT came out. On the other hand, I did get it for a good price of $520 so I'm not really disappointed.

I've decided to change the H5 Elite for the H5 Flow for better air flow. Seems like the more sensible option. I've also swapped the AIO listed for a NZXT Kraken 240mm, mainly for aesthetic reasons. My main query now is the motherboard. I have absolutely no idea what to really get. I'm not even sure if a Z series is necessary. Perhaps a B series would be sufficient. The one I have listed is going to cost $245 USD. Am I overspending? I've read that this component won't really make much difference to performance, as long as it's DDR5.

As things stand, the current total is $1900 USD, including Windows 11 , but excluding the monitor, keyboard and mouse. However, I have already chosen which ones to get, so the total will come to about $2250 USD. This pretty much puts me at my budget cap.

And for the record, I live in Bangkok. Thanks for your help!

My thoughts:

Spend a bit more for a I5-13600K, not the KF.
If you ever have a gpu issue, having integrated graphics is a life saver.

Games are getting larger, buy a 2tb m.2 ssd up front.
Intel 670P or Samsung 970 evo + would be my choice.

PSU is excellent.

Case is fine. Looks count.

Intel is not particularly dependent on fast ram for performance.
If 5200 speed is much cheaper, that would be ok.

Motherboard is fine.
B760 MATX might be cheaper, but I would try to keep the Z790 you picked.

13600K is not a particularly hot processor.
Particularly for gaming use.
I would avoid liquid cooling since it is not necessary .
AIO coolers last about 5 years before they fail and need replacement.

A twin tower air cooler will cool just as well.
Noctua NH-D15s would be my pick, but there are lesser/noisier units that will do just as well

Don't buy a motherboard based on what it 'can' do, but based on what it actually does. If you aren't really bothered trying to get an extra 5-10% performance by overclocking (figure that's 3-20 fps in general, depending on the title) then a B is perfectly fine, no need for a Z. The exception to that is if the B simply doesn't have whatever bells and whistles your build requires. Enough fan headers, better audio, enough usb headers, right type of usb headers, rgb headers etc.

So you need to figure out whats the minimum you'll need from the motherboard, then go find one that fits those needs. Anything extra is just a bonus.
