opinions on new pc build

Good morning/afternoon/evening,
I am thinking of getting a new pc built, with the following specs-
PROCESSOR: 4th Gen Intel Core i3- 4150
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE GA-H97M-D3H LGA 1150
GRAPHICS CARD: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz
PSU: Corsair CP-9020051-WW VS Series VS650 650
HDD: Toshiba MQ01ABD100 1TB
I would like to know if the above system will be able to handle modern titles such as GTA V and the like at fairly decent settings or not.
P.S.- I am new to the community, so please go easy one me if I may have said something stupid or made myself seem like a noob. Sorry in advance _/\_

That PSU is not Good. Get a 550-600 W Tier 1 or Tier 2 PSU from the list.

You can get a i5-4460 + H81 mobo instead of i3-4150 + H97 mobo.

I thank you for your swift and helpful reply, but my question remains unanswered- will the specified system be able to run modern games. Also my budget is pretty tight, so getting the i5 isn't feasible, though I would like to know whether their are alternatives to the components in the same price range.
My budget is INR 60,000 (about USD 1,000)

INR, So do you plan to buy it from it India??? If yes, then AMD Fx is not a good Option. They are Expensive compared to European Countries.
