1000 Watts is overkill. Get the 750 watt version instead. Everything else is fine so far, but I can't comment on the monitor as I am not updated in that department.

Some parts are a bit too expensive ( SSD & GPU) compared to what you could get. The MSI Tomahawk B450 MAX isn't in stock so I guess stick with that one but you can get a larger and faster SSD for cheaper as well as a 2080 Super instead of 2080.

PCPartPicker Part List
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB GAMING AMP Video Card ($699.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $819.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The rest of the parts look fine.

Ok, so the psu and the case you already have. Everything else is changing. Hmm...
8.5/10:
1)Overspending in the areas of:
-Motherboard. Msi's B450 MAX models are very affordable - or if you have to have X570 for some reason, then Asus X570-P or X570 TUF Gaming Plus, with/without the WiFi, or Msi X570 Tomahawk(might not be in stock yet).
-SSD. Crucial MX 500 or P1, and Intel's 660P.
-Gpu. RTX 2080 is no longer in production, and prices are inflated because of it. I point you to RTX 2070 Super instead for 1080p gaming.

2)A 2x 8GB CL16 3600mhz kit is easily affordable.
