Opinions on Temps and Voltages for my Rig

Hey guys.
I just built my new rig and I am wondering what some of your opinions are for my specs and temps.
CPU: Q6600 SLACR
RAM: Aeneon 1600MHz DDR3 (2x2)
MOBO: BlackOps X48
Video: Zotac 280GTX AMP!
PSU: Kingwin 1220 Watt with a Thermaltake 650 watt Power Express VGA PSU

My settings currently:
6600 @ 3.2 GHz
Multiplier: x8
FSB: 400
Voltage: 1.47
FSB RAM Ratio: 1:2(PC400)
NB: stock
Ram voltage 1.68
Temps: CPU 30 degrees idle
Cores 41-45 degrees idle
NB 34 degrees idle
CPU 37-40 degrees load
Cores 48-52 degrees load (highest spike was 56 on core 3 then it dropped back and stayed at 51)
NB 39 degrees load

Are the voltages and temps ok for this overclock, or should I change something?

looks ok to me, shouldn't you have two cpu's in that mobo?
