Hey so I am looking at two cards for my system one i 20$ cheaper and I dont know why.

this is cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125473

This one is a touch more but has more reviews: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125462

I am just not sure on the difference.

Also does anyone have these cards, or think there is a better card card for the 300-400$ range.

I have a z87 ASRock oc formula
I7 4770k
8GB Corsair Vengeance Ram
HX 850W power supply
1TB HDD and 120 GB SSD boot drive

Thanks

Yes the $389 card has
Core Clock
1137 MHz
Boost Clock
1189 MHz

The $369 card has
Core Clock
1046 MHz
Boost Clock
1085 MHz

To be honest, unless you are running over 1920x1200 res or a multi monitor display, the 4GB will do nothing for you. The system will not use that much VRAM even on a decent load.

I heavily mod skyrim and I want to run some games in a three panel monitor display. but it is a lower end game. i also want to be able to multi task with a game and like you tube and watching a twitch stream. so I do need a bit more Vram and it leaves more head room for future games

Then you choose well going with the extra memory. Those cards should be good for you. You can always overclock the lower card as well if you wanted.
