Will this gaming pc be able to run most new games at high to ultra graphics with around 60fps at 1080p. I am looking to play games such as ARK survival evolved, subnautica, PUBG, CSGO. If you guys have any suggestions on how to make the build cheaper I would love to hear them.

Also another question, will the rx 480 bottleneck with the g4560 and am I better off getting the cheaper rx 470.

Thanks.

Solution
that's solid, there's bound to be a bottleneck but it won't be too hard unless the game is CPU demanding
getting an SSD for the OS would help ur system's boot, i suggest u get one
here's the problem though:
buying RX 480 beyond 300$ is not worth it at all, even the 8 GB version MSRP is 210$, yet u pay 332$ for a 4 GB
RX 480 can't run ultra at stable 60 fps, it's 1070 capability, or at very least, the RX 580's job (RX 480 most likely gets about ~50 fps with ultra)

u're asking how to make it cheaper right?
either u lower ur expectation on getting some ultra 1080p gaming by buying a 1050ti / hope that u can find a GPU that's not inflated right now (maybe u can find someone who sell GTX 1060 / RX 480 at good price)
OR
just postpone ur build till the price went back to normal

I most likely wont be buying the pc for about 4 months so do u think that by then the price will go down. Also 50 fps on ultra is fine with me. What is the performance difference between the 1050ti and the rx 480?

1050ti is actually a budget gamer's GPU, i won't recommend it too people with capable fund but right now, the price of anything beyond 1050ti is still inflates, so i can't suggest someone to overpay for something 🙁
1050ti currently can run med-high at 1080p don't expect anything too smooth beyond it
RX 480 are meant for high-ultra 1080p

u might want to consider making something like this, since after deducting the monitor and keyboard-mouse from ur list, the price tag seems pretty similar: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zBvFD8 (about ~100$ increase. but u can just get a 8 gb RAM instead to reduce some cost difference)
