That rig is fine and is compatible. But fx 8350 is more equally balanced with gtx 770 and better gpus.
So fx 8320 should be your cpu considering the budget. You can even get an asus m5a97 r2.0 or Gigabyte ga 970a to save some money so that you will be able to afford gtx 770. Because for me fx 8320 and gtx 770 is better than fx 8350 and gtx 760.
That motherboard doesn't officially support FX 8350. I would rather have this.

that is a good motherboard, my friend loves his. Also, with the xeon solution it cant be overclocked, and it is less expensive to get the 83xx. with the saved money theres a possibility between a 770 instead of a 760, which will help in games more. the difference between the 8350 and 8320 are only clock speeds and overclocking headroom. The 8350 has a higher clock speed and overclocks to the extreme higher than the 8320, but you probably wont see a difference between the two, go with the 8320

Since not overclocking, this would be faster than your second build.

what do you need it for? are you wanting to overclock? if you want a better mb id say an h81 from a know brand like asrock, asus, gigabyte, etc. none from biostar or ecs, those brands arent as good. its gonna be more expensive though, the motherboard there is fine

in that case go with the 8320 with the gigabyte ud3. it will be more expensive but you can overclock. to overclock an intel you need an unlocked processor (with a k at the end, for example 4770k) and a z87 motherboard, which are more expensive

the only overclockable one is the amd fx 8320 build, but the hyper 212 evo will only allow so much overclocking room. its better than the stock one but dont expect much more than 4.5 with stable temps below 75 or 70. id say the second best is the i5 one, because it has the 770 instead. the i5 will probably give you the best stock performance, but thats not overclockable. if you can stretch the budget id say try and get a 770 with the fx 8320

the 8320 build can overclock, theyll give around the same performance with the 8320 having the slight lead in my opinion. the only thing i would do is push your psu up to 650 and get a modular one, it will be better and give you overclocking headroom. right now your cutting it close, you would have nearly no room to upgrade anything. is sli is in the future go 850W, else go 650. 550 might work, id post a new thread just to make sure. i dont know as much about psus.
