Hi guys just wanted some opinions on this build thanks!

CPU - i5 6400 3.2Ghz Quad Core
GPU - MSi GTX 960 4GB
PSU - Seasonic M12II 520W
SSD - 128GB Samsung CM871 M.2
RAM - (2x4GB) 8GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-2133 DIMM CL15

It is decent enough, any i5 is a solid base for a gaming system and it's nice you've picked a decent PSU for the spec. I only have a couple of comments that might help.

The 960 is slower than both the RX480 and the upcoming 1060, I would suggest you look to get your hands on one of those if it is within budget to do so, failing that you might want to wait for reviews of the RX470. The 960 isn't a bad card but only really worth having if you get it for a total bargain.

A 128gb SSD is fine but again if you can afford to do so I find that the extra space of a 240gb drive is worth the extra (not a massive amount).

That power supply also doesn't have Haswell and up certification....
 


Utterly irrelevant. Would you pay extra for that? Or get one that has teh certification but is lower quality?
 


I know. Those power states don't matter. You can disable them in teh BIOS.
