CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core

I'm looking for a significant upgrade, but this all came in under my price point. Does anyone here with more experience see any conflicts or issues with what I've come up with though my search?

Yea, I was going to go with a smaller PSU, but I found that one with 100$ instant rebate + 20$ mail in rebate, so it is only 100$ total. So instead of saving on a smaller PSU now and upgrading when I get a second graphics card I foudn one that would work with two graphics cards for cheaper than most of the PSU's that were lower power.

I'm also going to add

Western Digital Raptor WD740ADFD 74GB 10000 RPM SATA 1.5Gb/s - for my boot drive and apps
Western Digital Caviar GP WD7500AACS 750GB 5400 to 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s - for my data & music

and get the

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum Bezel , SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower

as my case.

The current 7200 RPM drives are just as fast as that old Raptor drive. If you really think you want a 10,000 RPM drive as your system drive, I would look at the VelociRaptor. I would just stick to the very fast 640GB drives, though.

Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS 150GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive (bare drive) - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136296&Tpk=velociraptor%20150gb $179.99 - $20 MIR

Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

Good suggestion, I'll go with the one drive.
