Hi, i noticed that upon cleaning my PC with air a few days ago there was a section under my top plate that began swaying and i believe it was like that previously, but i just hadn't noticed.

Can anyone confirm if this is cosmetic or if it is likely to lead to another fault etc?

This is actually my second 2080 ti, after the first developed a fault itself.

Thanks.

I'd say to leave it alone. Mind stating what the fault on the prior GPU was? Are those sleeved cable extensions or custom length cables? Speaking of cables, make and model of your PSU and it's age?

Ok fair enough, it just scares me when something is out of place on such an expensive card.

The cables are the white phanteks extensions and in terms of the PSU I have an HX1000i which as well as the 2080 ti is about 2 and a half months old. My old PSU and GPU were both faulty and replaced then.

The old PSU was the RM1000i which apparently wasn't providing enough power at 4k resolution. I couldn't tell you what the specific fault was with the card as it was replaced in line with my warranty.
