Opinions on this setup

Hay, I am helping build a system for my friend, I am pretty confident in this build, but because this is not my money being spent i wanted to double check. All and any opinions are appreciated and welcome This is what i have come up with. Thanks

CPU: Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz

Mother Board: ASRock Z77 Extreme3 LGA 1155

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM

Video Card: XFX Core Edition Radeon HD 7850 1GB

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3

PSU: CORSAIR TX Series 650W

Case: Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Disk Drive: ASUS Read and Wright dvd Burner



The Build has to be under $800 and it is sitting at about $799.90. Thanks

Changed Rosewill HIVE Series 650W to a CORSAIR TX Series 650W

CHanged CPU to a i3 3220

Everything looks fine to me except maybe the CPU and PSU. I would go with a more reputable PSU company such as Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair. Also get an i3 3220 because it is the latest architecture.

Thanks for the advice, the 3220 is higher proformance and cheaper, as for the PSU, thanks for the advice again, I dont know what brands are "better" than others.

I went with the CORSAIR TX Series 650W, Same price, and wattage.
