If you're sure that the system as you list it will be as much as you'll ever need, all looks fine. But the low end Corsair 450W PSU will limit you as to which gfx cards you can upgrade to in the future.

The size of the larger PSU doesn't "pull more power'. It simply provides more electrical headroom for running more power-hungry components... like the gfx card.
So, a good quality 550W PSU would be a better choice for future upgrading if you see any in your future.
Either size PSU will work with the RX 570. No loss of power with the smaller PSU.
