Opinions Wanted For Budget Home Server

Howdy all. I am looking to build a budget home server for ftp/storage as well as for labs(CCNA/MSCE). Let me know what you think about this build and what you'd change. Keep in mind, I am trying to keep the cost down, but get the best performance for the money.
