I wouldn't buy anything, until after Nov 5th, if you can wait. 4th gen ryzen releases then. A 3080 is a waste, for 1080p. Step up to a high refresh 1440p, at a minimum. The 970 Evo is nice, but a bit overpriced. Decent new B550 boards come with faster I/O ports, than older x570 boards.
