You don't need 750w for a 2070. It has the same 500w recommendation of a 1070. At most you could bump up to a 550w as it has 25w more max power than a 1070. I would personally go with a 2080 though (https://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=EV-2080BEG), which you could afford at close to same build price by the BH price on the NVMe, a 8700k ($360 at Amazon, and plenty adequate), a more affordable cooler (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565&Description=Cryorig H7&cm_re=Cryorig_H7--13C-000U-00005--Product).

Personally I think the most ridiculous waste of money on totally non performance related items is the $120 on 3 case fans though.
