you should be able to find faster ram at that same price point (2400 or 2666).

I would also recommend spending a little bit more on the mouse (Logitech G300 is only $20ish). I had that RedDragon mouse and i felt that it had a small delay, although I've yet to see anyone else complain about that.

get 3000mhz ram or faster for best performance

Swap the 1060 for a RX 570 8gb or a 580. Get a monitor above 60 Hz (trust me, it makes the experience supremely better) and for the love of everything holy PLEASE get ram above 2800 MHz, especially for ryzen.
