Oponion on new Budget Gaming build. [India]

Hello,
Buying a new PC.
This is what I am looking to buy:

CPU -: AMD FX-4300
Mobo -: Gigabyte GA-78lmt USB3.
GPU -: Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB
Cabinet -: Cooler Master Elite 311.
Ram -: G.Skill RipJaws 2x2GB 1333. [Will upgrade later]
HDD -: Segate BarraCuda 500GB.
PSU -: Corsair CX430W


I will mostly be playing DOTA 2 with some HD playback.
Won't play any high-end games.
I live in Mumbai [Can't buy from Lamington] Will buy online.

Please tell me if I can improve this build by any means.

looks good, maybe get a 6300 instead or athlon x4 760k+ fm2+ motherboard if you want to stop at 4 cores...
