Optane Memory Pop Up will not go away

System stats:

Processor: Intel Core i7-9700K
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS Ultra
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws V (2x8 GB) DDR4-3200
Hard Drive: Samsung 960 EVO 500 GB nVME - M.2

So, I recently completed building the above system earlier this week and I was installing the drivers from the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, like you're supposed to do.

Turns out that I installed Optane Memory, a piece of software intended to be used with an older model hard drive, not the SSD I am currently using. To make matters worse, this window pops up every time I boot the computer "No problem." I say, "I'll just uninstall it."

I've uninstalled every piece of the code I can track down, but the pop up still reoccurs. Here is what the popup says:

"Intel Optane(tm) Memory Pinning

Unable to load DLL 'iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll': the specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007"

How can I get this to go away?
