Opteron 175 verses X2 4400+

Are there any architectural differences in memory bus, or anything else between these two 939 cores ? ? ?

AMD Opteron 175 Dual-Core 2.2GHz 1MB (per core)
and the
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Dual-Core Toledo 2.2GHz 1MB (per core) ?

They are priced essentially the same in retail at around $500.

Will the stock HSF allow you to get a 15% o/c considering other components are quality while waiting for water cooling in 6 months or so?

The only diference I know of is the opteron uses 1.3 to 1.35 v while the X2 uses 1.35 to 1.4v.
That is normal though, for higher binned chips.

Supposedly the Opterons are cut from better cloth (they OC better). I'd go with the cheaper one personally since they are the same chip more or less.
