Opteron OC rig and DDR 400 or DDR 500

'm going to do a opty 165 overclock w/ a DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra D mobo.

I want 2gig of ram. Which ram should I pick for overclocking..here are a few choices I've been looking at:

DDR 400

I like the Corsair memory on my last link...But what ever will give me the easiest, most stable OC is what I want...

What's your thoughts? Both DDR 400 and 500 are roughly the same price, making the decision tough.

Also, is this the best NON SLI board you can think of for overclocking?
