optical cable problem

hi i have asus hero vii
my problem is the optical cable is stuck on motherboard and i cant unplug it
when i connect the cable for first time
i try several time with Pressure but it stuck

what can i do???

Most of the SATA cable has the clip ( the metal) http://cdn.overclock.net/6/69/69fe23bf_NLRB-304LOCK.jpeg you have to push it down to unplug the cable. Or maybe something else.
