Optical Drive External Enclosure options?

Hi,
Sorry if wrong section,

I recently took apart my old machine which had a optical bluray writer 3.5"

Decided to get a Dell Optiplex 9020ssf but occasionally will need the bluray writer.

Is there any options to plug this in as a USB option? Enclosure maybe

What interface is the optical drive?

Search for USB adapters. They exist.

As far as the enclosure....you really don't need one....unless you want one.

I purchased this off amazon and it works perfect. Useful for internal HDD also

Yeah....I have something similar. Glad you found it.

As far as enclosures....I run just about everything without enclosures at times...so it's pretty much just preference. I've never ruined anything by running it without being enclosed.
