Question Optical drive's extremely loud buzzing noise when turning on pc.

Yesterday when I turn on my pc, it keep making loud buzzing noise; at first I thought my hard drive is dying but when I listen closely it turns out to be my optical drive; which I never used before. Additionally, I don't know if it help or not but, when I move my pc to other places in my room it stop buzzing but if I move the pc when it is powered on or move to its originally spot, it started to buzz again. Any idea why?

Are you sure there's no disk in the drive ?
