Question Optifine not opening

Hi, i have installed optifine 1.14.3 but i can't open it. when i want to open it it dissapears. it says i can open it with JAVA platforn SE binary or JAVA(tm) platform SE binary. both don't work. i have installed optifine and java several times but it still doesn't work. someone please help!!

• Place the Optifine installer in a folder.
• Shift-Right-Click on the file, and choose "Open command window here..."
• Use the following command: "Java -jar OptiFine_1.11.2_HD_U_B6.jar" (substitute the correct optifine installer name if you're installing a different version.
