Optimal control panel settings for my Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 ti graphics card?

I just want the best performance without costing myself too much in terms of graphics. Any suggestions on the setting you guys use? I will attach images of my current settings. Thanks!

These are the settings I used for many years:

I've since turned on Ambient Occlusion since I have faster cards now.
Then set the rest in-game. Each game will vary as to the demand on the card for A-A, A-A mode, A-F, etc.
