Hello fellow users, I'm planning on buying a new system part-by-part, and I am mostly going to use it for games. I made a pcpartpicker list with the approximate items I would like having in my configuration. I thought I'd come here and ask experienced builders for advices on whether or not I can buy better items than the already picked ones, for the budget I have. I am willing to spend a maximum of 600 USD for a new build. In the list with which I will provide link to later, I have added another GPU which I have plans on 2-way crossfire, but I'll buy it on a later stage. I also have the RAM, Hard Drive and the Optical Drive but I added them so I can see the estimated power usage to choose a PSU.

Basically I need a new:
- Case
- Motherboard
- CPU
- CPU Cooler
- GPU (only one, ill buy another one later on)
- PSU
- Case Fans (Only 3 until I go Crossfire / SLI, then I'll switch to 5, I'd like to get advice on that as well)

If I have a few bucks left I can most likely afford a ~50GB SSD for my OS and work stuff, but I don't feel it like it's a necessity.

Anyways this is my first post here and I hope I can receive a positive feedback, also I am sorry for my English as I am not a native speaker and apologize for any mistakes. Thanks for reading, I'll be here to answer any questions asap.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Sorry about that, I live in Bulgaria and the main currency here is BGN. I already have Windows 10 though.

I'm willing to buy from eBay or a similar website because there's a significant amount of money I can save if I do, instead of buying from a local shop.

Here are some leading online shops in Bulgaria:

http://sky.bg
http://reset.bg
http://plesio.bg

I think if you Google Translate the webpage it would be quite understandable :/

P.S. I added a link to the list.

That's fine, I just wanted to offer the best advice.

You can't afford to start what you want, really. To efficiently allow for later Crossfire/SLI, your initial build needs a good motherboard and a PSU capable of supporting the two GPUs, otherwise, you will need to replace these. In particular, replacing a motherboard may require a new OS because the old one is keyed to the motherboard and not transferrable.

The parts in my list have US$ prices, but they come from German stores, so I assume they are available to you.

This is a base system which costs over 600 euros in Germany and lacks a GPU.

Dropping down to an i3 would allow this

With crossfire, we could drop the motherboard down a bit too.

This costs 700 euros.

Computers are pretty universal. I'll look at those sites. What is your BGN budget?

Thanks for the recommendations up to now, my budget in our currency is a maximum of 1000BGN without taking in consideration the GPU. Actually I am not even sure if the GPU will be better than a R9 280, but I don't really think it would be worse. Reason is that I am not going to buy the GPU for myself, it's going to be a gift from my brother.
As a case I am looking forward to a clean design that allows decent airflow. Window & Cable Management container is preferable but not necessary.

The difference between an R9 280 and an R9 280X here is 200BGN (around 120USD) which in my opinion is really stupid.

My current config has an Intel Core i3 520, GTX 650 Non-TI. I can't give more info because I got that PC very long time ago and really haven't upgraded anything since, Ill use the 8GB RAM and disk from it though

Family issues have delayed my response and I have to go to hospital later.

For your 1000BGN you can get:

i5 4460 (390)
H97 motherboard, such as Gigabyte H97M Gaming 3 (250)
Memory - you got it
HDD - you got it too
GPU - you will get it :)
PSU - Antec 550W (170)
Case - anything you like (100)
DVD - anything you like (30)

This comes to 940.

Stock CPU cooler will be sufficient and case fans depend on how many come with the case. Many cases I do not know and it was tedious ploughing through the specs. in Bulgarian.
