What is an optimal temperature for an Asus M3A78 motherboard and a AMD Phenom 9950 quad-core processor.

I would think between the temperatures of 63 K and 77.2 K
(-346°F and -320.44°F) would be optimal .

But Im unsure where you buy liquid nitrogen
