Attempting to get a performance boost past stock. So I am looking for someone to give me a their best guess on the highest OC Settings I can go without risking stability issues. I'm having issues at stock settings in games and don't believe my system specs (Although relatively old) should have as many performance issues that I have. My hardware specifications are listed below:

Just for somewhere to start- your mobo is better and you've a water cooler- I've an i5-4690K on an ASUS B86M-G mobo OC'ed to anywhere up to 4.5GHz with stock cooler below 1.25V, for stability and temps I'm closing in on 4.4GHz- still work in progress. I began with the ASUS auto recommendation, which started me @ 4.3GHz with a lot of auto settings, then tweaked CPU Core Voltage manually from the ASUS-provided Auto value some from there.

If you're looking for a guide on how to proceed, here's one (with stats on what #s others have got), there are many others. Or video, didn't see this 1st time since not my mobo but looks good for yours. There's also the ASUS RoG site/forum for info.
