I have a low end pc but is there any game out there? Which is high/mediem graphic and OPTIMIZED for pc?!?!?! I really don't get why they don't optimize games for low end pc when it is possible.
Here a example: assassins creed 1 runs on my pc in mediem settings(kind of) and ac 2, brotherhood, revalation, 3, 4 black flag, liberation, freedom cry doesnt( i get like 5 fps in those games BUT ac rogue (which is the 9th game in the franchise) runs good on lowest settings. So this is all about optimization right? Any game can run on any low end pc but those gaming company doesnt want that huh?
Anyways. Do you know any game like ac rogue? Which is good graphics and optimized for low end pc? Thank you in advance.

Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz
RAM: Samsung DDR 4 GB (3.61 usable)
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Ghaphics
64-bit Operating System
