Optimum case fans for COOLING?!?

Ok so I want to have as many case fans as possible, or rather as necessary for very good cooling. I know the fans are usually supposed to be for moving air around and CPU and gpu coolers and radiators do all of the cooling, but it would be great to get my whole tower running chill. What is the best number of case fans to do this, what position(s) (ex. Two in front, two on top or something), and can you recommend me a case that does this and is large? Noise really isn't an issue. Also it HAS TO HAVE A WINDOW! Thanks in advance. :) P.s. I do plan to do some heavy overclocking. But I have coolers and radiators for that.

Solution
Put intakes at the front of your case (if possible) on the side of the case(if possible) and exhaust fans at the rear. If you have a liquid cooler, use that as an intake on the top, if not, put more intakes. Probably unnecessary to put fans over ever port, but it MIGHT help (I haven't tried it). Make sure that you manage your cables well, so they don't negate the effect of the fans.
