Question Optimus & regular NVIDIA drivers at the same time?

Say.. If I want to switch sometimes in BIOS to run full on dedicated graphics, but then the rest of the time run optimus, can I install regular NVIDIA drivers side by side with optimus?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.
