I have made my build with the help of a few friends and help from tomshardware, however I would like to drop the price a little (its nearing 1300 would like for it to be closer to 1000) without dropping the performance too much, here is the current build:

Any help and opinions would be greatly appreciated!
thank you

I am using this computer for gaming, 3D modeling and watching high quality movies. I live in the states, no company loyalty or any of that. So please, and thank you!

Use an i5 instead and 8GB of memory. There will be no difference for any use other than 3D modeling and that will just take longer. And agreed cut back on the PSU, you don't need semi-modular.

And if you don't plan to OC, lose the heatsink and use the Intel HSF, they work fine.

And come on man -- if you want to save money buy a cheap @ss KB, not an $80 model. :)
