So I have rebuilt a Dell optiplex 3010.
Intel i5 , 128GB SSD , 8 GB RAM.
Problem is , I can't get my surround sound system to work.
Logitech z506 speakers 5.1.
Have tried realtor 92nd audio drivers.
Can't get to the gui on that to reassign the inputs.
Conexant seems to only allow 2.0 configuaration.
The onboard audio on the motherboard is the typical green , pink , blue jacks.
Any help appreciated.

Solution
You have to configure both windows and realtek manager to be surround sound setup, and you have to plug the center/sub 3.5mm cable and the rear speaker cable into the pink/blue jacks.

Also this will ONLY give 5.1 sound when you are playing a 5.1 source. Windows sounds, youtube videos and music will only play in stereo because it only contains data for front left/right speakers.
