Optiplex 3020 Help

I have an Optiplex 3020 Small form factor and I bought a R7 270 gpu for some light gaming. Problem is the gpu doesnt fit unless i take the psu out of the case. Now my question is, would it be possible to buy a new case (preferably a mini tower) and a new psu and just swap all my components from the 3020 into it? I don't know much about computers, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

the Dell motherboards are often bespoke and do not conform to standard form factors - this is especially true in compact machines. You may want to check the part number and search on the Internet to determine whether this is applicable to you.
