I've got a GTX 1060 6gb graphics card haven't installed it yet since I just now realized I need to upgrade the CPU.

I need at least a 400w unit and has at least one 6-pin connector to power the card.

Current PSU AC275AM-00 pretty sure stock standard.

Also have a SSD drive and 56 RAM ( 3x Pushkin 16g sticks and one 8g I pulled from some random from my office)

Pretty sure this was used as a server room computer for a while before they upgraded recently.

See attached for pic.

Please help 🙏

Looking through the motherboard for the OptiPlex 7010 MT;

shows that the connectors for the PSU aren't proprietary. So you can pick up any aftermarket ATX/SDFX/SF-L PSU off the shelf. I would recommend you look at a 550W~60W reliably built unit and call it a day.

What sort of a budget have you set aside for your PSU purchase? Where are you located? What is your preferred site for purchase?

Also have a SSD drive and 56 RAM ( 3x Pushkin 16g sticks and one 8g I pulled from some random from my office)
Honestly, i wouldn't mix and match sticks of ram. A kit would help you two fold, if this is meant to be a gaming rig.

Budget is as low as possible (I'm a dad in this economy!) I'm in Alabama, Birmingham area currently. I've seen some PSUs online go for like $40 if you have any recommendations that have a 6 pin lmk, more so worried that it would fit the PSU "slot" sorry new to building

Thanks!
