optiplex 7020 MT. Aero ITX RX 560 will it handle it

i have a radeon aero itx rx 560 pci 16x. ive heard of people throwing in rx460 and 1050ti lp in these and be fine even though they ask for 300w. Do you think this card would work. It fits, it asks for 400 but from what i.ve looked up it draws 80w

TDP is 75W, what psu do you have? 250+ is recommended.
