optiplex 745 graphics card

i have the first computer that is lying face down in this picture and am wondering what graphics card i should be looking for

There's a few of these deployed at work. Unfortunately, you'd be hard pressed to find anything thats compatible with its 220W power supply: ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_optiplex_desktop/optiplex-745_user%27s%20guide_en-us.pdf

Note: The picture in the manual doesn't have PCI or PCI-E slots at all. Sorry, I don't think you can put a graphics card in that.
