I have an optiplex 780
I am looking for upgrading the ram basically for gaming,But i live in kuwait and am limited to a few places to buy from
one of the goodone if blink.com

That OPTIPLEX 780 uses ddr2 ram. ddr2 ram is obsolete. So you wont find any good ram kits. and 8 gb ddr2 ram kits are not available in the website you showed so you wont get those. there are only 2gb ram kits in the website.

Hey there, 780 is DDR2 (http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/optiplex_780_tech_guidebook_en.pdf).

DDR2 is still available online at many retailers.

Blink even has a couple:

(1GB special for Dell, you can upgrade to 4GB if you have the full size 780)

(2GB, this might be a problem, need to contact manufacturer for compatibility, probably works with 2x2GB, not sure about 4x2GB.)
