Optiplex 780 USFF wont start.

My Optiplex 780 USFF will not start. It will flash the power light and lights 1 and 2 in orange. About 2 seconds later it does it again. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

A blinking amber light on the power button indicates a problem with the motherboard but it may not be a fatal problem. Try a soft reset by unplugging the power cable then, with no power, press and hold the power button on the front of the PC for ~15 seconds. After that, plug in the PC and attempt to power on, let us know how it goes from there
