* 8gb of memory
*250 gb hard drive (I have 1tb that I will install)
Service Tag 125TFN1
Express Service Code 2307486061
Computer Model OptiPlex 780
BIOS Vendor Dell Inc.
BIOS Version A15
BIOS Date 8/6/2013
OS Version Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Thanks in advance and this is GREATLY appreciated.

Why do you want to keep a old pc alive that will with those upgrades only work slightly better in autocad whilst you can have a used new dell that will be better for those 265$? There is a point where you just have to let go of a certain system and just keep it around as a backup.

Also instead of that...

Thanks for the quick reply..

500 to 600. but more if I need too.
All the PC internals are kind of a GRAY area for me.

For that money you can have a new pc that stomps all over this dell.

I want to upgrade this PC.. I could trash this computer but don't want to..

Found Graphic card, RAM and Processor
*PNY NVIDIA Quadro P400 Professional Graphics Board - (VCQP400-PB) Graphic Cards $140.22

*Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9550 2.83GHz 1333MHz 12 MB LGA775 EM64T CPU BX80569Q9550 $41.21

*Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) UDIMM 240-Pin Memory - BLS2KIT4G3D1609DS1S00 $81.99

Total $265.00

Also instead of that weak quadro you can get a 1050ti which will perform much better in cad.
