Optiplex 790 0H9JP

Hi, I have a regular 790 0H9JP that has the i5-2400, I have a 1050 graphics card in it , as well as 12 gb of ram. I’m wanting to upgrade the cpu but If I do that I’m going to have to get a new motherboard? That’s really my question I’m stuck
