I recently upgraded my Optiplex from an i3 2120 to an i5 2400 (I'm using a GTX550TI OC, Haven't touched any OC settings ever since i done it last year or so), everything runs butterly smooth but after 40-60 mins or so of GTA the pc just restarts by itself, no overheating (highest cpu temp was 73c, GPU never went past 69c) no bluescreen no nothing. I've tried stress testing the system and it ran just fine but when i get into a casual CSGO match the system just reboots after 20 minutes of gameplay. i'm suspecting my PSU because it's a cheap non brand PSU that i bought almost a year ago for 5 pounds. (I checked event logs and it just says "unexpected shutdown")

I was wondering if can anybody help me because i can't afford buying multiple parts right now and i don't wanna buy a psu without making sure it was the cause.

I also suspect it could be the PSU since the i3 i had only used 65W while the i5 i just upgraded to uses about 95W. I have zero issues while doing cpu stress tests or just using Premiere and watching videos, it only happens when i play CSGO for 20 minutes or less or when i play GTA Online for about 40-60 minutes or so.

After a bit of digging on the same day i noticed that when i unplugged one of my hard drives the problem stopped happening for two whole days but now it's back, is this a sign of a psu failure?

Just tried setting my Power Options set to "Balanced" and i changed my maximum processor state to 90% and so far i haven't had an issue, what does that mean?
