It's probably the cheapest card that will run 4 monitors on it's own. You handicapped yourself by getting a small form PC with a weak power supply if you needed to add video cards to it. You are now limited to very low power models with a small form available.
I believe a 750Ti is the fastest half height card around and they're pretty cheap. Also that computer doesn't support SLI so you could only use one card anyway.

The above reply about using SLI does not apply for multi-monitor use, you can have dual cards running on their own to drive more monitors, SLI is there to increase performance, not really to add more monitor support. The biggest issue with multiple monitors for a SFF system is space and power supply wattage, and the motherboard must have enough expansion slots to hold them.
Thanks guys. I kinda wish I wouldn't have gone with small form pc. The Radeon 7750 system requirements say 300W or greater recommended. I hope it will handle 4 monitors fine and not make me wanna break out the hammer lol. Not planning on gaming although I might be tempted since I haven't bought a desktop since Unreal Tournament first came out like 15 years ago.
This is for home use, however, I tend to always have many spreadsheets & Microsoft Power BI and/or other programs open at one time. I'll need to be adding some RAM as well...might as well max it out at 32gb. I want the same abilities at home as I do at work. That's the end game.
Just upped internet to 50gigs and dropped 2 more ethernet lines across the house and bought a new multi-function printer. Trying to learn how to set up home network with NAS. Kinda hard for an IT enthusiast that knows just enough to sound stupid. Thanks again guys.
The 7750 should run on the power supply in that small form PC. Only catch may be that some OEM systems do not put full power through the PICe and may have some other funny issue, but that is not all system and not with all video cards.
" Kinda hard for an IT enthusiast that knows just enough to sound stupid", don't worry about that, you sound stupid in a very smart way Just keep away from small, hard to upgrade systems in the future LOL
Also make sure you read that 7750 specs and how it works, it has all those adapters, make sure the adapters it comes with or you can buy for it match your monitor inputs.
